Ingredients
10slicesProsciutto
10fresh chicken tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1tbspItalian seasoning
5(1-oz) slicesMozzarella cheese(cut in half)
Instructions
Keep your oven ready with 375ºF. Keep a rimmed baking sheet using foil and do topping with cooking rack.
Add seasoning to chicken over both sides using Italian seasoning.
Do topping for each chicken tender using half a slice of cheese and wrap it using one slice of prosciutto.
Keep this on a preheated baking rack and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Switch on the broiler and cook chicken for 1-2 minutes till it gets crisp.
